His culinary expertise range from knife skills and efficient cooking skills to tasting skills that involves recognizing flavors and judging the balance of seasonings. Mr. Himanshu is an alumnus of Banarasidas Chandiwala Institute, under National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, where he graduated with Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT). He started his career with Wyndham, New Delhi as Commi-II and has gradually grown up his career.
